Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 2–6 business days via Australia Post with a tracking reference.

  • Once shipped, items become the purchaser’s responsibility. For lost, misplaced, or stolen packages, please contact the courier using the tracking details provided in your shipping confirmation email.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information (address, contact details). Once shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.

  • If an order is returned to sender, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.

 

Free shipping within Australia for orders over $150.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns

At Lala Land Kids, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, we offer a store credit for the value of the goods (excluding shipping) if returned within 7 days. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • Returned within 7 days of purchase with the order number

 

Store credit is valid for 12 months.

Sale and discounted items are non-returnable for change of mind or incorrect choice.

For faulty or damaged items, please email us within 7 days at admin@lalalandkids.com.au. After assessment, we will either replace the item or issue a refund.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item (e.g., wrong size or color), email us within 7 days with your order number to receive a Return Authorization Number. Returns without this number will not be accepted.

  • Customers are responsible for both-way shipping costs.

  • If exchanging, please include a self-addressed, pre-paid parcel or additional shipping charges may apply.

  • If not exchanging, we will issue store credit (valid for 6 months).

Sale and discounted items cannot be exchanged or returned due to change of mind or incorrect choice.
